MOXIE INVESTMENT FUNDS

Moxie Investment Funds is a full-service investment fund, able to provide equity and/or debt nationwide for real estate projects that generate federal historic rehabilitation credits, federal energy credits, and various state credits; and in particular we have invested in dozens of South Carolina textile mill projects.  We can also provide equity to opportunity zone projects.  Our focus is on strong development teams, both in established markets and in areas on the cusp of revitalization.  Drawing on the resources of the experienced professionals throughout The Sherbert Group, who have been involved in thousands of tax credit transactions over the last 30 years, Moxie Investment Funds works closely with sponsors to create high-performing real estate assets.  In tailoring our funding specifically to each deal, our mission is to provide excellent underwriting, financial structuring, construction monitoring, and operational oversight to high-qualify projects.

Our goal is to invest over $1 Billion over the next 10 years.
