Jamie Hill is The Sherbert Group’s Human Resource Manager.  With over 20 years of experience in the HR field, much of which was within the healthcare industry, Ms. Hill wanted a change and sought broader exposure in HR beyond just the healthcare sector. In 2023, she joined The Sherbert Group with the aspiration of making a meaningful impact on both the company and its employees. She holds a Master’s degree in HR and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. 

Ms. Hill believes that HR is a unique blend of art and science, where strategy meets heart, making it an incredibly rewarding field. To those in HR or considering this career path, her advice is to embrace the dual nature of the profession, continuously share experiences, and contribute to the collective growth and inspiration of the field. 

Ms. Hill emphasizes the importance of staying curious and committed to lifelong learning: building relationships, listening more than speaking, and advocating for what is right, even when challenging. Ultimately, she believes that empathy and authenticity are key to success in HR, as the profession is fundamentally about people.
