Mary Ann Grinnan, CPA

Mary Ann is a Senior Manager with Sherbert Associates, PC and heads up the firm's tax department. Mary Ann attended the University of Florida and received a B.S. in Accounting from the Univeristy of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has over twenty years of public accounting experience specializing in tax credits, tax planning, tax research, and tax preparation. Mary Ann is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.  

Aaron Mayer

Aaron is a Manager with Sherbert Consulting, Inc. Aaron graduated magna cum laude from Duke University. Aaron coordinates with developers, investors, and lenders to structure real estate transactions involving tax credits. Aaron strives to present all parties with an efficient deal that acceptably benefits everyone involved. Outside of work, Aaron helps lead music at his church. He also enjoys cooking, landscaping, and spending time with his wife and two children.
